Why are prices not listed on the website?
Quorla is currently rolling out by invitation to marketing agencies. We work closely with our initial agency cohorts to ensure optimal onboarding, quota sizing, and workflow integration before establishing public tiered pricing.
What is the difference between Hosted and Self-Hosted?
With Hosted Cloud, Metatroncube runs and monitors the infrastructure in Canada. You log in and manage your clients immediately. With Self-Hosted, your agency deploys Quorla on your own Linux server or cloud instance (via Docker), giving you total custody of all tokens, database records, and media files.
Who owns our clients' data and media?
Your agency and your clients retain 100% ownership of all uploaded content, captions, and analytics data. We never sell platform data, never run third-party advertising, and never train AI models on your private client assets.
How does the access invitation process work?
Submit a request through our contact page or email support@quorlasocial.com. Tell us how many clients your agency manages and your preferred deployment model. Our team will review your application and send you an onboarding invitation.
Which platforms are available right out of the box?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile are actively connected. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and Reddit publishing are built in the engine and waiting for final platform partner approval.
Can our freelance contractors draft posts without seeing other clients?
Yes. With Quorla's role-based access control, you assign team members only to specific client workspaces. Designers and copywriters can draft content, but they can never publish directly or see client workspaces to which they haven't been assigned.
